Monika was born and grew up in Warsaw, Poland. When she was a child, her father taught her how to draw and paint. When she was a teenager, she experimented with different mediums such as oil painting and illustration. When she moved to New York City, she discovered Photography to be her passion.

She finished a One Year Conservatory in Photography from the New York Film Academy.

She was a recipient of the 2014 Honorable Mention from the International Photography Awards (IPA) for Fine Art Portrait, as well as the 2015 Honorable Mention for the One Shot International Photography Awards (IPA) Home-Perception competition.

She shot for various magazines including Musee, Rare Royalty Magazine and others.

“I love to photograph people. Each person is so unique” she says, “I am here to bring that uniqueness out”.
